Squarespace
At Squarespace, I was a Senior Product Manager on the Scheduling product, shipping various features that helped small business owners book appointments and earn revenue.
Scheduling Onboarding
We updating the onboarding experience for Scheduling trial users to make it easy for them to connect payment processors and accept payments.
Use SQSP Scheduling Without a Website
We launched the first standalone, non-website, product offering at Squarespace: SQSP Scheduling
Payment Settings
We redesigned the Payment Settings tab to make it much easier for small business owners to connect Payment Processors.
Invoices
We gave Scheduling users the ability to send invoices to their customers and manage them from a central dashboard.
Create New
Scheduling users can create invoices out of existing Appointment Types or create new one-time services. They can also add tax and customize the email that is sent to their customer.
Custom SMS Appointment Reminder Templates
We gave Scheduling users the ability to create unique SMS templates for different Appointment Types. Users can customize when it’s sent, the date format, and what appears in the message. If they want, they can use dynamic tags to add in attributes about the customer.
